Job description

As a Staff Software Engineer - AI Tooling, Systems & Engineering Velocity, you will take ownership of high-impact projects at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and infrastructure. You'll work closely with engineering leadership to build scalable systems, experiment with AI-based development tools, and push the boundaries of what's possible in modern software :

Developing and scaling AI-first internal tools to speed up engineering workflows.
Owning infrastructure-level improvements in developer experience.
Building and maintaining scalable backend systems in Golang.
Creating intuitive interfaces using modern React stacks.
Actively contributing to the open-source ecosystem and community project.
Collaborating across teams to ensure engineering excellence and velocity.

Requirements :

8+ years of software development experience.

Golang expertise with 3+ years of production-level experience.

Experience building React-based frontends (Remix framework is a plus) - 1-2 years is acceptable.

Proven experience with Kubernetes in production environments.

Strong command over CI / CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Demonstrated open-source contributions - we value community-driven engineers.

Hands-on experience with modern AI tools like Cursor, Devinand, and Windsurf.

Ability to work autonomously, make critical decisions, and communicate with clarity.
