Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ITSM or ITOM modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, scripting using JavaScript, and the ability to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance business workflows and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, especially in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) or ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping) modules.
• Design and implement scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and UI policies to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and MID Servers.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and customizations.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
