We are looking for an experienced HR professional to drive talent engagement, development, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities –
Talent Engagement :
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture and retention.Design and execute engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans to improve employee experience.Lead initiatives to build a strong employer brand and create a positive work environment.Plan and organize employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.Conduct regular HR Connects to gather employee feedback, address concerns, and enhance overall engagement and workplace experience.Talent Development :
Design and oversee leadership development programs, career progression frameworks, and mentorship initiatives.Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.Drive learning and development initiatives, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching programs.Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.Performance Management :
Collaborate with business leaders to drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement and career growth discussions.Foster a continuous feedback culture to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness.Change Management & Culture Building :
Support HR leadership in driving cultural transformation initiatives.Partner with leadership teams to implement change management strategies that align with business goals.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the organization.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in HR with a focus on talent engagement, development, and performance management.Strong understanding of employee engagement frameworks and learning methodologies.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Experience with HR analytics, survey tools, and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
