Major Responsibilities
- Optimize Team Structure : Recruit and develop a balanced team of SDRs and ISRs to align with Check Point's growth, focusing on high performance and organizational goals.
- Directly liaise with customers and partners to expedite the sales cycles and close opportunities end-to-end
- Enhance Sales Strategies : Actively support the team with insights into customer needs to align Check Points solutions within sales cycles, improving strategic outcomes.
- Enrich Customer Base : Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Perform Effective Demos : Working with Field Sales, Security Engineers and Partners for solution demos.
- Improve Sales Performance Monitoring : Implement effective monitoring of sales metrics, including pipeline development and deal closures, to ensure consistent quota achievement.
- Streamline Reporting and Forecasting : Refine reporting processes for precise pipeline management and forecasting, enhancing accountability and efficiency.
- Boost Efficiency and Productivity : Identify and execute process improvements to elevate team efficiency, productivity, and sales outcomes.
- Exceed Sales Targets : Lead and motivate the team to consistently surpass monthly sales goals through strategic guidance and support.

7+ Years’ solid sales experience in inside sales for Tech / SaaS-based products & services.Educational background – Engineers / GraduatesProven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales team management roleDemonstrated leadership skills as a Team Builder and Team Player.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to executeStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence customers, team members, and other stakeholdersExcellent verbal & written communications skills to connect with the customer with the value proposition.Superior skills in time / workflow management in a demanding and highly dynamic sales environment.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to develop insights and improve performance.Proficient in Microsoft 365, SalesForce.com and similar CRM Application
