Position : Textile Designer

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience : 4–6 years

Salary : As per industry standards & based on experience

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented, experienced and detail-oriented Textile Designer to join our creative team at Cottons Jaipur. The candidate should be creatively driven, technically sound, and have a strong understanding of both traditional and contemporary print design.

Key Responsibilities :

Design original prints and develop coordinated collections across apparel, saris, and home furnishing.
Plan and execute sari prints and layouts with a clear understanding of materials and printing methods.
Create print-ready files using various software tools and manage the end-to-end sampling process.
Work closely with the design team and production team to ensure timely and quality execution.
Stay updated on textile trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to seasonal collections.

Qualifications & Skills :

Degree in Textile Design or a related field with 4–6 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD; strong grasp of repeat development and color separation.

Knowledge of various textile printing techniques like block, screen, and digital.

Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fabrics, colors, and market trends.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.
