ZingBus - Associate Program Manager - Business Development

the Role :

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the zingbus operator community. This high-ownership, multi-faceted role blends research, strategy, storytelling and hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to turn insights into impactful engagement initiatives and craft compelling narratives and experiences that strengthen operator trust, loyalty and connection across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Map Bus Operator Landscape & Discover Whitespace Opportunities - Conduct comprehensive research to build a deep understanding of the bus operator ecosystem - emotionally, psychologically and logically.
• Develop Brand Strategy and Narrative - Apply creative thinking to translate insights into a compelling brand storytelling, narrative and impactful engagement formats, ensuring messaging resonates authentically, deepens operator trust and strengthens brand perception amongst the operators.
• Design and Execute Engagement Initiatives - Plan and implement GTM strategies for multi-format engagement initiatives (digital, offline and hybrid immersions). Form hypotheses to decide whether to kill, iterate or scale initiatives, creating playbooks to make zingbus messaging distinctive, consistent and scalable across channels.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management - Drive end-to-end implementation by coordinating with internal teams and external partners / agencies to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, while managing multiple projects, guiding teams and establishing execution rituals to ensure accountability and high-quality outcomes.
• Optimize Engagement and Brand Impact - Build a structured framework to monitor the effectiveness of initiatives using industry-relevant metrics and insights, measure engagement, brand lift, and content resonance, and iterate strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
