Designation- Soft Skill Trainer Working days- 6 days. Location- Amity University, Noida Sector-125 Experience- 3-5 years

Job Purpose : To enhance students' employability by equipping them with essential soft skills required for campus placements and corporate readiness. The trainer will design and deliver soft skills training modules in alignment with industry expectations and placement objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training modules including : o Communication skills (verbal & written) o Interview preparation o Group discussion techniques o Presentation skills o Time management o Teamwork and leadership o Emotional intelligence o Workplace etiquette
• Conduct pre-assessments and post-assessments to measure training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with placement officers to align training with employer expectations.
• Organize mock interviews, role plays, and GD sessions regularly.
• Provide one-on-one coaching or mentoring to students needing additional support.
• Maintain training records, feedback, and reporting documentation.
• Stay updated with current hiring trends and adapt content accordingly.
