Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring processes for non-technical roles, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations . The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Could you collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring requirements and define role expectations?
• Ensure timely closures and deliver quality talent within agreed SLAs.
• Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Drive campus hiring initiatives and fresher recruitment drives when required.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring analytics.
• Should be a strong individual contributor and a great team player.
