We’re now on the lookout for a dynamic right hand to our Head of Marketing, Data & Analytics —a role that blends project management, strategic execution, marketing ops, and business partnerships . This isn't your average 9-5. It's a steep learning curve with immense exposure, ideal for someone who wants a hands-on "MBA" experience while working from home .
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Assistant to Leadership
- Act as a Project Management Officer (PMO), shadowing the Head of Marketing, Strategy & Data.
- Own meeting calendars, follow-ups, documentation, and MoMs across departments.
- Track OKRs and support high-stakes business decision-making.
2. Strategic Business Partnerships & Negotiations
Build and manage partnerships with banks, fitness chains, travel platforms, and F&B collaborators.Lead corporate tie-ups, sponsorship discussions, and cross-promotions.Support in B2B negotiations and contract management.3. Marketing, Communications & PR
Plan and execute media strategies and influencer campaigns.Handle blogs, SEO content, internal and external communication.Liaise with journalists, influencers, and media platforms for maximum brand visibility.4. Social Media & Digital Operations
Manage social media and delivery platforms (Grab, Foodpanda, Deliveroo).Run campaign calendars, track performance, coordinate creatives.Explore new digital growth and engagement strategies.5. Operations & Admin Support
Help streamline admin processes, research, procurement, and vendor relations.Coordinate logistics for business events and online initiatives.What We're Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in marketing, business strategy, partnerships, PR, or communications.Excellent writing skills—blogs, captions, emails, and everything in between.Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel, Canva, Microsoft Office, social platforms.Someone who thrives in chaos, takes initiative, and loves figuring things out.You don’t say “this is not my job”—you say “let me give it a shot.”Bonus if you’ve worked in fast-paced startups, founder’s offices, or early-stage brands.This Role Is For You If You :
