Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Ruby on Rails Developer located in Chennai. The Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code. Day-to-day tasks include back-end web development, implementing new features, collaborating with front-end developers, ensuring performance and responsiveness of applications, and conducting test-driven development to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development Experience in Front-End Development Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Knowledge of the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern Experience with Test Driven Development Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Relevant certifications and previous experience in a similar role is a plus Willing to Transition to Elixir
