Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service, assist in managing inquiries, and support the sales team in achieving targets. Responsibilities include maintaining records and databases, conducting follow-ups, and providing administrative support while enhancing the sales process's efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration and communication with clients and the team are essential components of this role. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clientsProficient in Customer Service and adept at handling inquiries and resolving client concernsExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbalProven Sales capabilities with a track record of supporting high-performing teamsStrong Organization Skills to manage records, scheduling, and administrative tasks effectivelyProficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant softwareAbility to work independently in a remote capacity and maintain a high standard of professionalismExperience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required
