Sr Data Analyst

Job Summary Be a part of the offshore team supporting the analytics team of a global retailer. Develop an understanding of the clients business environment and support them in the execution of their analytics strategies for loyalty, campaign management ,product portfolio analysis and any other dimensions for which there is a need This will be primarily a hands-on role with freedom to weave your own design thinking, business understanding, and technology skill-sets together to build analytical solutions. Min. Qualification : Qualifications & Skills 1) Should be well versed and comfortable with SQL (advanced) and Excel (advanced) 2) Experience on dashboard design,development, and maintenance 3) Experience with R andstatistics will be a catalyst for future growth Experience 3 years Skills Required : SQL, Tableau, R, Modelling, Regression Roles : Responsibilities & Duties 1) Design dashboards (Tableau,R-shiny) from scratch to incorporate differen tviews of their business dimensions 2) Drive discussions with client stakeholders to set up processes for customer micro-segmentation, productcategory analysis, basket composition and analysis, and customer loyaltyrelated analytics work-streams 3) Hands-on application ofstatistical techniques for regression and classification will be handy 4) Develop a comprehensiveunderstanding of customer data sets to build optimized sql programs that canpull the right data and crate tables to build relevant views on the dashboards 5) Capabilities to automatedashboards, data pulls, tasks schedulers and work flows through thoughtfulusage of scripting (such as python) 6) Demonstrated hunger andcapabilities to work on and statistical techniques and measurement mechanics fromtime to time based on business requirements 7) Intrapreneurship and ability tomentor team members
