Job Role

Enterprise Sales Executive

Department : Finance

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities : Prospecting & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry directories.
  • Connect with prospects via email, cold calls, and social media to generate interest.

Lead Qualification

  • Evaluate prospects based on criteria like company size, industry, and needs.
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand pain points and goals.
  • Pipeline Management

  • Log interactions in CRM tools.
  • Update the sales pipeline and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
  • Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with AEs to align on strategy.
  • Share feedback with marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Track outreach metrics and suggest improvements to boost results.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written abilities to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Resilience : Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
  • Research Skills : Proficiency in identifying and learning about target prospects.
  • CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.io.
  • Time Management : Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing a large volume of leads.
  • Curiosity & Adaptability : Willingness to learn about industry trends and adapt to new technologies.
