Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager with 23 years of experience in construction and sourcing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit , with the ability to oversee site execution, vendor coordination, and material procurement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for material procurement and delivery.
• Monitor site safety, compliance, and execution in accordance with approved drawings.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit for reviewing and understanding construction and architectural plans.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and inventory control.
• Report daily / weekly progress to the project head or senior management.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications and regulations.
• Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to manage sourcing and scheduling.
