Role & responsibilities :
1. End-to-End Recruitment for Field Sales :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their sales talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to attract and identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Conduct reference checks and make recommendations for final selection.
2. Onboarding and Processing Offer Letters :
Manage the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Prepare and process offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation for selected candidates.Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to complete pre-employment requirements, such as background checks and employment eligibility verification.Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.3. Background Verification :
Work with external vendors or agencies to facilitate comprehensive background checks on selected candidates.Review and analyze background check results, addressing any concerns or discrepancies with appropriate stakeholders.Experience : 2-5 years of relevant experience
Qualification : Any Graduate or MBA HR
