Basic Qualifications :
- Experience : 13 years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UX, or UI Design roles (internships are counted toward this). You should be comfortable working across the design lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation.
- Design Tools Expertise : Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. You should know how to translate ideas into beautiful, functional designs and interactive prototypes.
- UX / UI Excellence : Strong grasp of user-centric design principles, capable of crafting engaging experiences for both web and mobile platforms. Solid understanding of design heuristics, accessibility standards, and responsive design is essential.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to align design decisions with both user needs and business goals. Youll need to think holistically about the product, ensuring your work supports both a superior user experience and company growth.
- Problem-Solving Mindset : Comfortable tackling ambiguous challenges by generating elegant, scalable design solutions. Ability to adapt and iterate designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
- Communication Skills : Excellent at articulating design rationale and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Able to provide and receive constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Design Ownership : Take charge of the entire design lifecycle, from initial discovery and user research to high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, design systems, and usability testing. Your work will be central to shaping the products overall user experience.Data-Driven Interfaces : Leverage insights from user research, analytics, and feedback to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for both customer-facing platforms and internal tools. Youll help ensure that our design decisions are backed by real data.Collaborative Execution : Partner closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align design vision with technical feasibility and business strategy. Youll play a key role in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring a seamless handoff from design to development.Rapid Prototyping : Use design tools to build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Your prototypes will bring ideas to life, facilitating quick validation and decision-making.Design Systems and Consistency : Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring visual consistency, efficiency, and scalability across our products. Youll help establish a cohesive visual language that supports both user experience and brand identity.User Research and Usability Testing : Engage in user testing and feedback sessions to continuously improve product usability and performance. Experience in Fintech and SaaS : Prior exposure to financial technology workflows, loan management systems, or SaaS platforms is a big plus.
