Sales & Marketing Manager (Water & Wastewater)

• Identifies current and future customer needs by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers to understand the requirements, and provide sales support.
• Provides product, service, application, or equipment technical and engineering information and presentation by answering customers questions and requests.
• Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; bi-weekly reports; and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
• Prepare, maintain, and update documents and sales tools for product presentations along with technical training seminars.
• Collect and maintain competitive information to present complete market evaluation for specific companys core products & services.
• Gains customer acceptance by demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements by adopting the Companys proposal, and fulfilling customers and engineers requirements.
• Prepare instructional, descriptive, and application literature for existing and new products along with competitive products periodic reports.
• Monitor sales activities to analyze pricing plus promotional requirements and prepare bi-weekly reports including individual sales plans by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering, and application trends to achieve overall sales numbers.
