We are seeking a motivated Sales & Outreach Coordinator for our US-based client to assist with prospecting, outreach, research, scheduling, and CRM management. This role supports the sales team by handling initial outreach across multiple channels, making follow-up calls, coordinating appointments, and keeping the pipeline organized.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, social media, Google, and AI tools
- Send outreach emails and conduct follow-up calls
- Set appointments and manage calendars for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and prospect information
- Research leads, local events, and partnership opportunities
- Engage with businesses on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Share company content and support community engagement
- Track outreach activity and prepare weekly reports
- Assist with marketing projects, events, and campaigns
