Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in business development within the sustainability and waste management sector.

As a fresher, you'll be instrumental in supporting our mission. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Proactively generating leads and collaborating with the team on lead generation initiatives.
• Conducting initial outreach to potential stakeholders and introducing them to Tidy Rabbit's solutions.
• Assisting in guiding stakeholders through their sustainability and compliance challenges.
• Supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to client onboarding, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client success.
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulations related to EPR and waste compliance and market analysis
• Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance sales and business development skills.
