About the Role :
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Sales to lead, manage, and inspire a team of Sales Executives selling premium real estate projects in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE . You’ll be responsible for setting sales targets, guiding the team to achieve them, and making an impact with a growing organization.
What You Will Do :
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives selling premium UAE real estate projects.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Maintain strong communication with both team members and high‑value prospects.
- Analyze sales pipelines, review performance, and optimize conversion rates.
- Support the team by stepping in for high‑ticket closures when needed.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and a results‑driven culture within the team.
What We Expect From You :
5–6 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience is a strong plus).Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams.Excellent command of spoken and written English .Target‑oriented mindset — someone who knows how to build and lead a high‑performing team.Willingness to work from the office and put in long hours when required.Why Join Us?
