Quality Inspector C295 FAL Vadodara

Summary : Guarantee the conformity of C295 product / service to the requirement specified by our customer and Airbus, and support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.

• You will contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality / quality technical issues from the business team and customer, to ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams.
• You will perform Quality Inspection as per defined standards, Final Check and Attestation, Stop Points, Out of sequence work, including critical activities (when not delegated).
• You will ensure Operational Surveillance (people, product and process).
• You will also provide feedback and coaching to Operations, Support Functions and Supplier organization on Quality issues and observations from Operational Surveillance.
• You will actively participate in process improvements.
• You will assure the quality feedback loop with the Serial Production in Spain, and assuring the QSR right implementation in Vadodara FAL.
