We are hiring Delivery Head with 15+ years of experience in QA, Testing, and Automation.

This role demands a dynamic leader capable of managing large-scale digital assurance programs, driving automation excellence, and ensuring customer success across complex ecosystems.

Position Statement :

The incumbent will be a seasoned leader with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. This individual must possess exceptional communication and influencing skills,combined with a strong understanding of industry’s best practices across Technology, Process, and Governance. Key to success in this role is the ability tocollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs. Building and maintaining strong partnerships will be essential. The role will focus on driving portfolio performance by proactively addressing customer needs, innovating processes, and enhancing capabilities to consistently improve delivery excellence. The incumbent will also be responsible for scaling account size and ensuring profitability, fostering sustainablegrowth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :

15+ years of experience in IT Industry, preferably working in service-based IT industry.

8-12 years of proven capabilities in strategic project management and leading mid to large service oriented large teams driving profitability, customer success and people success agenda.

Proven experience in leading Agile, Dev Ops,technology and digitization automation driven projects

Possess Retail / Automotive domain knowledge (Preferred Indian clients)

Strong delivery and technology excellence

Strong understanding on business value to be delivered to client with appropriate cost / quality

Required Experience :

Contribute to strategic and policy development and implementation of the same in the organization

Allocate accountability amongst staff,manage career development of others, liaisewith professional staff and other managers, advise the business on technology related issues & engage in short / medium / long term plan

Apply advanced knowledge and experience to the development of new methods, programs and procedures. Offer expertise cutting across units and make tactical decisions impacting business development and client relationship management

Advise Senior Management on specialized testing issues, conduct, support and report research in one's own areas of expertise.

Support in new business proposition to bid management / account management team

Key Activities

Undertake additional responsibilities / tasks as may be required by the business

Review and finalizethe budget for the Engagement / s

Review, monitor & ensure closure / compliance of project parameters like schedule, quality, profitability, utilization, productivity, scope, risks

Provide Strategic directions to the Testing Function in the organization

Engage in Policy Development for Testing Function

Prepare and roll out Quality Process for Testingfunction in consultation

Prepare organization level Productivity matricesfor Testing function

Inculcate industry wide Testing best practices in the organization

Develop Testing Competency in line with Organization needs

Identify Key stakeholders for the Testingfunction and drive the organization’s testing objectives

Chart out short-,medium- and long-term objectives for the Testing function

Manage the Overall Testing Community

Advice / Provide Consultancy to Test Managersfor business development, test Management and Testing related Project issues

Implement new and best practicesacross testing projects

Initiate and develop New Methods, Programs and Procedures to conduct effective Testing across various projects

Provide guidance and support to New Testing Projects or Complex Testing Programs across various units in terms of Process, Estimation Methods, Testing Tools, Test Strategizing, Adopting Best Practices and helping them to establish a firm base to deliver aggressively within agreed timelines and expected quality

Review current testing issues in the organization related to People, Process, Quality and Deliveries. Do Research and indicate probable root causes for the issues and corrective actions to be enforced

Support Senior Management in taking Testing related business decisions and providing Status and progress of the Testing Function in the organization

Prepare / Support / Review new business proposition to bid management / account management.

Review Estimates / Costs for proposals

Professional Qualification :

B. Tech / B. E. / MCA (with good academic track-recon+ MBA (preferred)

Possess 1-2 globallyaccepted certifications.
