Principal Architect - Enterprise Systems

Role Overview :

We are hiring a Principal Architect Enterprise Systems to lead the architecture and development of scalable enterprise systems powering our e-commerce, warehouse, store, and logistics operations. You will own technology strategy, system design, and delivery for key platforms across last-mile delivery, field ops, warehouse tech, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own architecture, design, and scalability of AELs enterprise applications and microservices platform
• Drive the roadmap and innovation for backend systems including OMS, WMS, and enterprise service layers
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Field teams to align tech with business needs
• Define architecture standards and best practices for robust and fault-tolerant systems
• Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and platforms to drive efficiency and performance
• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle : Feasibility, Design, Development, Deployment
• Manage internal engineering teams and external vendors / system integrators
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and readiness of enterprise systems
• Deliver against SLAs and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale technology with business growth
