Role : Animation & 3D Intern (0–2 yrs)
Create gaming-style character and UI animations; export .glb / .gltf (Blender) and Lottie; integrate into Three.js frontends and product docs.
Responsibilities
Model, rig, and animate simple characters (idle / hover / attack loops).
Export optimized .glb / .gltf (Draco / Meshopt); organize textures / atlases.
Build lightweight Three.js scenes with basic interactions.
Produce Lottie micro-interactions (AE + Bodymovin) for UI states.
Create motion graphics for headers, loaders, and explainer moments.
Embed animations into docs (Markdown / Notion / Slides) with loaders / snippets.
Maintain a small, versioned library of reusable GLB / Lottie assets.
Requirements
Blender (modeling, rigging, keyframing), After Effects + Bodymovin, JavaScript + Three.js basics, Git.
Understanding of file size / FPS budgets, easing / timing, and prefers-reduced-motion.
Portfolio (submit links)
1 GLB character (≤2MB) with two loops,
1 Three.js demo page,
1 Lottie UI animation.
