Job Title : CyberArk SME – Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Security Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

CyberArk Privilege Cloud Deployment & Administration : Lead and manage the deployment, configuration, and administration of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, particularly CyberArk Privilege Cloud, ensuring its seamless integration with the enterprise environment.

CyberArk Conjur Integration : Integrate CyberArk Conjur with CI / CD pipelines for dynamic secrets management. Enable secure and efficient management of credentials within containerized environments, particularly in Kubernetes.

CyberArk Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) : Implement Just-in-Time (JIT) and ephemeral access solutions for both Windows and Unix systems. Ensure privileged access is granted on-demand, with a strong focus on security, minimal risk, and ensuring timely access.

Task Automation : Identify and automate manual tasks to improve operational efficiency. Leverage scripting and automation tools (such as PowerShell, Python, or other relevant tools) to streamline CyberArk-related administrative processes and reduce manual intervention.

Creating CPM Plugins : Develop and customize CyberArk Central Policy Manager (CPM) plugins to extend CyberArk functionality, meet business requirements, and enhance security management capabilities.

Cloud Integration : Integrate CyberArk solutions with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) to manage privileged access across hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

Continuous Improvement & Monitoring : Proactively monitor the health and performance of CyberArk solutions. Identify potential issues or risks and implement solutions to ensure high availability, security, and reliability of CyberArk systems.

Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of CyberArk deployment, configurations, plugins, and automation. Ensure all changes are properly documented, with clear reporting on system performance, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing : Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., DevOps, IT Operations, Security) to integrate CyberArk solutions effectively into enterprise systems. Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on CyberArk-related tasks and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 5years of hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions, including CyberArk Privilege Cloud and CyberArk Conjur.

CyberArk Conjur Integration : Strong experience with integrating CyberArk Conjur into CI / CD pipelines and Kubernetes environments for dynamic secrets management and secure credential storage.

CyberArk Secure Infrastructure Access : Expertise in implementing Just-in-Time (JIT) and ephemeral access solutions for Windows and Unix systems.

Task Automation : Proven experience with scripting and automation (using PowerShell, Python, etc.) to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency in CyberArk administration.

CPM Plugins : Experience in developing and deploying custom CPM plugins to extend CyberArk functionality.

Cloud Platforms : Experience managing and securing privileged access in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Understanding of how to integrate CyberArk PAM solutions with these cloud platforms.

Security Best Practices : Deep knowledge of security best practices for privileged access management, including the implementation of secure access models and compliance requirements.

Collaboration & Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across teams and provide guidance to junior team members.

Certifications (required) :

CyberArk Certifications : CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)- PAM

Cloud Certifications (preferred) :

Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or higher

Google Cloud Certified – Associate Cloud Engineer or higher
