Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day processing of monthly and off-cycle payrolls across Asia Pacific.
• Ensures accuracy and timely processing of payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately.
• Responsible for payroll process redesign to optimize improvement in accuracy, efficiency and customer service for the function.
• Lead, coach and guide the Asia payroll team including team development, processes and knowledge of the payroll legislations.
• Manage all adhoc payroll and Time / Attendance projects in the region.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure compliance with regulations impacting the country's payroll.
• Accountability for quality control audit reviews for payroll processes.
• Partner with HR to ensure that all benefit and tax deductions and remittances are accurate and aligned with the local legislations.
• Effectively handle stakeholder inquiries within set SLA.
• Lead payroll projects to continually review and improve current processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for all audits including working on audit observations if any.
• Lead monthly in-country, regional governance calls with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Scope and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
