Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

1. Client Understanding & Solution Design

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and learning objectives.
• Translate client briefs into effective learning solutions and programme designs.
• Ensure timely submission of learning design documents.
• Maintain high standards of client alignment and relevance in all designs.

2. Learning Design & Pedagogy

3. Proposal Development & Winning Bids

4. Faculty Engagement & Briefing

5. Programme Delivery & Operations Management

6. Quality, Feedback & Continuous Improvement

7. Thought Leadership & New Programme Development
