Shift Timing : 6 : 30 PM IST onwards (US Shift)

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter – Leadership Hiring to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership hiring across Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI verticals , particularly having knowledge in catering SI clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape, sourcing strategies, and proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI verticals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with Big4 clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of US geography to target and attract top talent from relevant regions.
• Conduct initial screening, competency assessments, and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across the US.
