Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech forums to identify and engage potential candidates. Create compelling content (emails, job posts, social media snippets) tailored to backend developers. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better reach and conversion. Build and maintain a talent community for backend engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of backend technologies, especially Java or Python. Familiarity with developer ecosystems, tools, and communities. Excellent communication and content creation skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign success. Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, HR, and marketing teams. Experience with technologies such as Python, Machine Learning Algorithms, Optimization Algorithms, Rule Mining, Model Training / Deployment. Experience with technologies such as Computer Vision, LLM, Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization, SQL, Cloud Platform (Azure), MLOps. Additional Information The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering. A 15-year full-time education is required.
