The Opportunity : Your Impact as an AI / ML Engineer

This isn't just another engineering role. As a Senior Software Engineer - AI Agents at Next Dimension, you'll be a key player in shaping our flagship AI platform. You'll dive deep into Large Language Models (LLMs) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), architecting and deploying intelligent agents that redefine how businesses operate and connect with their customers. What You'll Achieve ️

Architect & Build Advanced Conversational Agents : Design, develop, and refine high-performance, scalable conversational AI agents using cutting-edge LLMs.

Optimize and Scale : Improve the reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency of our AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Drive MLOps : Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models and services, implementing best practices for CI / CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.

Provide Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers, establishing and implementing best practices for software development and system design.

Collaborate on Product : Translate product requirements into robust, scalable software architectures in close collaboration with product management, founders, and clients.

What You Bring (Key Qualifications) ✨

Experienced Backend Engineer : You have 2+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.

Expert-level Python skills and experience SQL.

1+ years of professional AI engineering experience, building Multi-Agent systems.

LLM & AI Proficiency : A strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows.

Hands-on experience with tools like Langchain / Lang Graph is highly valuable.

Cloud & Dev Ops Native : Familiarity and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.

Systems Designer : You have proven experience designing large-scale software systems and writing high-quality, production-grade code and tests. This includes handling error cases, asynchronous code, streaming data, caching, and robust logging / analytics.

Vibe Coder : Experience with vibe / peer coding platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, etc.
