What You Should Know About This Job

We are hiring for Lead - Digital Marketing for one of our real estate client at Mumbai

Exp : 13-20 years

Location : Andheri East

Interview Mode : F2F

Looking for a leadership profile responsible for shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy across platforms and projects to drive brand visibility, qualified traffic, and high-intent leads. The role blends strategy, performance marketing, analytics, and digital experience management .

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership

Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing aligned with GTM plans.

Partner with internal teams (brand, product, sales) for integrated campaigns.

Scale demand using SEO, paid media, social, content, and automation.

2. Campaign Management

Lead and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, email, and programmatic.

Manage external agencies to drive timely and effective execution.

Run A / B tests and content iterations to improve campaign performance.

3. Performance & Analytics

Track KPIs like CAC, CPL, CTR, and ROI.

Use data to analyze user behavior and conversion patterns.

Own reporting dashboards and insights for stakeholders.

4. Digital Experience

Collaborate on landing pages, microsites, and digital touchpoints.

Enhance website engagement and UX / UI performance.

5. Innovation & Growth

Stay updated on martech, automation, and targeting tools.

Run pilots and growth experiments; scale successful initiatives.

Evaluate new digital tools to keep the brand future-ready.
