Job Title : Senior Developer OutSystems

Reports To : Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Position Summary :

The Senior Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of the companys in-house application systems that support frontline business operations. Working under the direct supervision of the CIO, this role will interface with business subject matter experts (SMEs), IT analysts, and the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. He will also oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of application changes and ensuring they align with strategic business requirements.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, solutions-driven professional with a strong background in software development, system implementation, business process understanding and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable in-house application systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Define and manage technical requirements across development projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Lead and execute hands-on development tasks, system implementations, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and escalate significant issues to the CIO.
• Communicate project updates and milestones effectively across departments and levels of management.
• Document solutions and workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in system performance and process efficiency.
• Serve as a technical advisor and mentor within the development team, promoting best practices and innovation.
