Location : Punjab

Working Days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Experience : Minimum 8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Branch Manager to lead our operations in Punjab. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business management, excellent leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of financial and operational efficiency. This role requires a dynamic professional who can drive business growth, optimize processes, and lead teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Planning

Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Operational Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth workflow, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Financial Oversight

Manage budgets, track financial performance, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.

Team Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Market & Business Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and drive initiatives to expand the branchs market share.

Client & Stakeholder Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance business reputation and client retention.

Compliance & Risk Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company policies, proactively addressing potential risks.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, preferably in a leadership or branch management role.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to manage financials, develop teams, and drive results.

Knowledge of the local market and regional business practices in Punjab is a plus.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
