Experience - relevant 1.5 to 3 years in digital Marketing Agency

Location - Churchgate , Mumbai

Work Mode - Hybrid

Job Description :

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
• Good knowledge of SEO services and other digital marketing solutions
• Act as a point of contact for client communication and coordination
• Ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams for deliverables
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Prepare and share regular performance updates and reports with clients
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proactive approach towards solving client queries and providing strategic inputs
