This opportunity is 100% work from home and the selected candidate(s) can be based anywhere in India. Work hours : 8 AM to 5 PM PST (USA Pacific time) round the year (that will be upto 5 : 30 / 6 : 30 AM IST)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join our global team with revenue responsibility. This global role involves working with the USA & Canada. Job Responsibilities :

• Analyzing job requirements given by the client, mapping key skills in the job, and breaking the requirements into logical and coherent bullets.
• Performing searches on given parameters of the job description, recruiting candidates, and ensuring qualification and submission of only the best-fit candidates to the client
• Answering candidate and client queries
• Closing the requirements given by the client by presenting top qualified talent
• Other general duties as assigned
• Work hours : 8 AM to 5 PM USA Pacific time (that will be upto 5 : 30 / 6 : 30 AM IST)
