HFT Infrastructure Lead - Low Latency Systems

Position : HFT Infrastructure Lead – Low Latency Systems (Neo Markets)

Job Responsibilities :

Drive the design and development of ultra-low latency trading infrastructure, including market data handlers, order gateways, and messaging frameworks.

Take ownership of the complete infrastructure lifecycle : architecture, coding, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Build and optimize performance-critical components in C / C++ with nanosecond-level precision.

Enhance system performance through memory management, CPU cache tuning, NUMA optimization, and kernel bypass techniques

Architect high-throughput platforms capable of processing millions of messages per second

Develop and maintain high-speed messaging frameworks such as shared memory queues.

Fine-tune Linux kernel and network stack configurations for consistent, predictable latency.

Implement advanced monitoring, profiling, and alerting systems to track latency, jitter, and throughput in real time.

Partner with hardware and networking specialists on FPGA, co-location, and kernel bypass projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5-7 Proven expertise in C / C++ (11 / 14 / 17) with a track record in low-latency systems development.

Strong background in network programming (TCP, UDP, multicast,).

Practical experience with hardware acceleration techniques

Advanced skills in performance profiling and optimization.
