Role : Sales Development Representative (SDR) – India
Location : Pune (In-office only)
Experience : Minimum 6 Months in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or similar outbound sales roles.
Type : Full-time
We’re hiring an SDR (Domestic) to drive outbound sales efforts for Wittypen’s India Marketplace offering. This is an outbound-heavy role where hustle, resilience, and curiosity matter more than anything else.
If you’re hungry, coachable, and love the idea of cracking outbound sales in the B2B space—this is your playground.
You'll drive outbound sales efforts, manage key accounts, and help expand our B2B customer base across multiple sectors such as SaaS, finance, technology, lifestyle, and more.
Requirements
Must have
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales development, inside sales, or similar outbound sales roles
- Strong resilience and comfort with rejection
- Excellent communication skills – clear, confident, and persuasive
- Coachability and a hunger to learn and iterate
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage outreach pipelines independently
- Willingness to work in-office from Pune
Good to have
Experience in B2B SaaS or agency salesFamiliarity with Indian SMBs / startups ecosystemFamiliarity with consultative selling techniquesKnowledge of sales automation toolsExposure to account-based sellingPrior experience in content marketing or digital services is a huge plusWhat You'll Be Doing
Researching accounts & decision-makers in India’s B2B spaceRunning outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedInOwning outreach sequences to book qualified discovery callsBuilding and nurturing relationships with potential B2B clientsUpdating CRM with activities and ensuring follow-upsIdentifying upsell opportunities and setting the stage for long-term account growthMeeting monthly quotas for qualified meetings bookedSkills required for the role
