Responsibilities

Create timelines for the development and deployment of all components adhering to proper quality tests.
Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with multiple fintech partners in terms of technical and business aspects for smooth workflow.
Take executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements in collaboration with the CEO.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role you will require :

15 years of experience along with a master's degree in technology.

Additional MBA degree is preferred.

Good experience in managing delivery across a breadth of technical domains using Object oriented languages such as Java, Python, Angular / React, with Restful APIs, third-party integrations.

Experience in software development including product development along with an expertise in leading a team of highly skilled engineers.

Exposure with Artificial intelligence / Machine learning would be preferred.

Startup / Fintech experience is preferred.
