About the department :

Sales department has been highly instrumental in driving the revenue and expanding the market share in various industry verticals. Relevant service areas are Business Process Outsourcing (Finance and Accounts, Contract Management, Procurement, Data Analytics and Automation, Cybersecurity, and Project Management.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Essential Skillsets Required :

Proven experience in developing and managing sales opportunities from beginning to end, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, and negotiation
Demonstrated capability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Vital Skillsets Required :

Ability to prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Understanding of service offerings (At least 2 out of the following) : Cybersecurity, and Project Management Business Process Management (Finance and Accounts, Contract Management, Procurement), Data Analytics and automation.

Proficiency in navigating the customer buying cycle and responding to bid documents and RFPs.

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have :

Minimum 4 years of experience into Sales

Should adapt to approaches of being service oriented, result oriented, taking initiative, has high professionalism, cooperates, and is open to communicate / receive feedback.
