Were looking for someone passionate about solving problems and can guide a sales and marketing audience through how to solve for problems with data. This role is a hybridised customer-facing analyst role, emphasising both skill sets equally.
The key requirement of the role is to be able to engage with Go To Market leaders in the B2B Technology industry, ask the question of What business problems do you have? and be able to show them HOW to solve those problems with the novel application of data to design Use-Cases across various functions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Deep Customer Understanding :
- Lead strategic engagements with clients, leveraging a consultative approach to uncover complex business challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.
- Conduct executive-level discovery sessions to deeply understand customer goals, priorities, and pain points, while mapping them to long-term business objectives.
- Actively drive strategic alignment between customer problems and tailored solutions by defining actionable, high-impact use cases with data and insights at the center of decision-making.
2. Solution Design and Architecture :
Architect scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that address clients unique technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Act as the senior technical lead during complex onboarding and implementation phases, ensuring seamless adoption and operational success.Leverage advanced domain expertise to create innovative solutions that deliver transformational business outcomes, positioning data as the foundation of technical and organizational growth.3. Technical Leadership :
Serve as a thought leader by driving the transition from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring continuity and clarity in communication across all teams and stakeholders.Stay ahead of evolving technology trends, advising clients on optimizing their technology stacks to remain competitive in leveraging data as a strategic asset.Develop reusable playbooks, scalable frameworks, and best practices to elevate the technical capabilities of both internal teams and customer organizations.4. Trusted Advisor Role :
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders, acting as a key advisor for strategic decision-making and technical innovation.Act as squad leader with peers across your assigned segment of clients. Work with more junior team members to coach and devise client strategies. Act as liaison with other GTM stakeholdersPartner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to serve as the Voice of the Customer, advocating for enhancements to the product roadmap and overall experience.Lead efforts to scale organizational knowledge by creating high-quality technical documentation, reusable assets, and advanced training materials for internal teams and customers.Experience Requirements :
5. Professional Experience :
5+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture, Solution Engineering, or Solutions Consulting roles, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions in B2B marketing and sales.Significant experience in designing and implementing data-centred technical solutions that solve complex business challenges and drive long-term value for enterprise clients.Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.6. Technical Expertise :
Mastery in data-centric solutions with Sales and Marketing platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.Advanced Python scripting for workflows, automation, and custom outcomes.Skilled in complex SQL (e.g., Snowflake) for large-scale data analysis and client-specific solutions.Expertise in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to link insights to business value.Strong foundation in data science principles for actionable insights from raw data.Innovates with AI / GPT to scale solutions, foster teamwork, and deliver AI-first strategies.7.
