Senior Healthcare - Business Analyst

As a Senior Healthcare - Business Analyst , you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities : -

• Provide analytical and consulting services in designing, delivering, and executing projects related to Business Intelligence in pharma.
• Define problem statements, problem definition / hypothesis, and conduct root cause analysis for business challenges provided by clients.
• Read data, and identify potential business challenges and opportunities.
• Integrate findings from competitive intelligence, market research to understand market trends and dynamics.
• Work with multiple datasets, including Marketing, Sales, Patent, Pipeline, Promotional, and Patient Data.
• Operate and define KPIs from a user perspective using various BI technologies.
• Generate insights from data, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with business analysts and developers and other stakeholders.
• Develop custom analysis tools / dashboards in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Conduct quality checks of various reports, ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare management presentations, and independently make recommendations based on data, market, and business insights.
