Visualizer - Creative

Visualizers are creative professionals who transform concepts into impactful digital or print designs. They bring ideas to life through strong technical and artistic skills, while ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment. As key members of the creative process, they collaborate with the Art Copy Code (ACC) team and technologists to deliver visually engaging, functional, and on-brand executions. Experienced visualizers also mentor junior team members and oversee design quality.

Key Responsibility Area

• Design Concepts : Collaborate with Group Head to develop creative concepts and visual directions across campaigns and marketing materials. Create layouts, mockups, and prototypes to bring ideas to life, while ideating with the ACC team.
• Project Management : Handle and oversee multiple design projects, set timelines, guide junior designers, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Act as the final quality check and resolve any design-related issues during project execution.
• Research & Innovation : Stay updated on design and UX trends, explore new tools and styles, and analyze competitor work to drive fresh, innovative creative solutions.
• Visual Execution & Design Feasibility : Plan and execute the visual tone, character, and messaging to align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Evaluate the feasibility of design and functionality concepts.
• Collaboration & Project Execution : Work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and the Art Copy team to define execution strategies and maintain alignment throughout the creative process.
• Brainstorming & Presentations : Actively contribute to ideation sessions, assist in creating impactful presentation materials, and participate in internal and client-facing discussions.
• Review & Approvals : Obtain supervisor approvals before delivering creative work to internal teams or clients, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Knowledge Sharing & Team Development : Share learnings and best practices with the Art Copy team to elevate overall creative output and encourage cross-team collaboration.
