- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and target potential B2B and B2C clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations. Understand their training needs and challenges.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our enterprise training courses and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Consultative Sales : Conduct needs assessments, understand client pain points, and propose customized training solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our training courses.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Sales Cycles Management : Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our customer success team for implementation.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth by achieving daily calling numbers (min 80-100), emails (50-100), quality leads.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers across geographies and business units.
- Provide strategic inputs on pricing, packaging, and partner-led GTM campaigns.
- Own regional or vertical-specific revenue goals (e.g., BFSI / EMEA).
- Guide junior team members and contribute to refining sales processes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and evolving client needs in digital transformation, AI, and cloud enablement.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in the education or training industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.Adept at building and nurturing client relationships, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.Proficiency in using CRM tools, online communication platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.The capability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings.A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude towards challenges and opportunities.Must be a data driven professional with experience in CRM, Marketing and Sales related softwares etc.Must be able to understand Social media, SEO reports etc.Flexible to interact with clients in different timezonesBenefits

Educational Background : Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficient in Python and familiar with key data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). Strong understanding of all complex machine learning algorithms not limited to decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting machines. Competence in data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis. Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing techniques. Experience with SQL and possibly some NoSQL databases for data querying and manipulation. Basic knowledge of data visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn. Strong skills in SQL for data extraction, and the ability to work with complex database systems. Advanced knowledge of analytical tools and software such as Excel, Tableau, or more specialized software depending on the industry (e.g., SAS, SPSS). Experience with data visualization and the ability to create interactive dashboards. Vast knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, Machine Learning , Knowledge of genAI with implementation knowledge (LLM, fine tuning RAG implementation) and many more. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data processing and storage.. Professional Experience : 2-3 years of experience in a data science or related role. Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems. Experience in projects that involve complex data structures and large-scale datasets. Exposure to model validation and implementation in a production environment. Demonstrated experience in analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights. Proven track record of effectively communicating findings to help inform business decisions. Experience in performing statistical analysis, forecasting, and establishing data structures that optimize analytical capabilities. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with a capability to work through complex issues using a logical and analytical approach. Good communication skills to effectively articulate insights and technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
