Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Baramati. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential learners and providing information about courses and services. Daily responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, guiding them through the enrollment process, maintaining customer interaction records, and meeting outreach targets. The individual will also ensure a positive customer experience while delivering high-quality service over the phone.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in telecalling techniques and customer engagement
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
