Head of Investor Relations

Location : Mumbai, India

Industry : Real Estate

Qualification : CFA Charter (mandatory)

12–18 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, PE / VC, or real estate investment.

Role :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations (IR) and investor communications strategy
• Plan and manage earnings calls, investor days, roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one investor meetings.
• Collaborate with finance, project, and strategy teams to assimilate and prepare data, forecasts and reports
• Build relationships with domestic and international investors, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
