Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI / ML Engineer - Azure OpenAI Specialist to join our forward-thinking team. This role is crucial for developing, optimizing, and deploying cutting-edge AI models and specialized intelligent agents using Azure OpenAI services and advanced AI workflow orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating intelligent solutions that seamlessly integrate with core business workflows, driving personalized business automation and unlocking new efficiencies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and fine-tune advanced AI models leveraging the capabilities of Azure OpenAI Studio, specifically utilizing models such as GPT-4 Turbo, GPT-4o, and other foundational models provided by Azure OpenAI.
• Design, architect, and implement specialized AI agents tailored for diverse business functions, optimizing their performance and integration into existing systems.
• Implement sophisticated model optimization techniques, including but not limited to LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) and Quantization, to enhance model efficiency, reduce latency, and minimize computational costs.
• Ensure all AI components and solutions rigorously adhere to enterprise-level security standards, privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Define, establish, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure the effectiveness, accuracy, and business impact of deployed AI agents and models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, refine models, and integrate AI solutions effectively.
• Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines necessary for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating large language models and other generative AI applications.
• Research and evaluate new advancements in large language models, generative AI, and AI orchestration frameworks to continuously enhance our capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to the overall architectural design of AI systems.
