About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead our team in Gangapur, Rajasthan. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets. You'll be a key liaison between the branch and our head office, playing a pivotal role in our continued success.

Key Lead and Inspire : Effectively lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets.

  • Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and execute robust sales strategies tailored to the Gangapur market, identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing ones.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Target Achievement : Take full ownership of achieving challenging sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the branch.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Operational Excellence : Oversee daily branch operations related to sales, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory Reporting and Coordination : Prepare and present regular sales reports to the head office, providing insights and collaborating on broader company Team Development : Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team, identifying training needs and implementing growth Proven Sales Leadership : Demonstrated experience in sales management, with a track record of successfully leading a sales team and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Exceptional skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Strategic Acumen : Strong strategic planning abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement effective sales Communication & Negotiation : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solver : Highly analytical with robust problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.
  • Financial Product Knowledge : Solid understanding of financial products and services, particularly those relevant to small and Adaptability : Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work Education : Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Industry Experience : Previous experience in the finance industry is a significant advantage.
