Key Responsibilities

• Manage various operational-level issues & Escalation from customers and the AppsTech Team.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage the quality of the services for the customer.
• Handle all customer-related issues for IT supply, Services, FMS Resources & Projects.
• Preparing and monitoring all IT-related processes and projects for B2B customers.
• Training & Inspiring IT resources to perform to their best, setting goals and targets.
• Auditing the work of the service department to identify inefficiencies & devising a solution.
• Provide leadership, strategy, and vision for facilitating growth & business agility
• Provide Technical training & support for the offered solutions.
