Information Technology Executive

Job description1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management. Basic knowledge of Business Central Support or any other ERP solution support. Familiarity with AI tools / platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google AI tools, etc. Experience with Windows / MAC operating systems, networks, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, G-Suit, Azure, AWS). Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including systems, networks, and software.
- Provide daily IT support to head office, retail stores, and warehouse staff, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance, ensure network security, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Evaluate and recommend AI-based solutions to improve internal processes or customer experiences.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of AI models and tools in coordination with data science or development teams.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on AI tools and digital transformation initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in IT and AI technologies to keep systems modern and competitive.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices, including data protection and AI ethics.
