Reports To : Managing Director, Delivery Head

Role Brief : Global Delivery Head - ServiceNow Practice

As the Delivery Head for ServiceNow Practice, you will lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions across diverse clients and projects. Your primary responsibility will be to drive operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve business growth objectives within the ServiceNow practice.

Required Expertise :

  • Total Experience should be 20+ Years of experience.
  • 15+ years in ServiceNow, with hands-on expertise across modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, DevOps, CSM, GRC , etc.
  • Strong credentials with ServiceNow certifications (mandatory).
  • Strong technical acumen to design systems, interpret complex designs, and provide technical guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients.
  • Proven leadership managing P&L of $50–70M USD and driving 30% YoY growth .
  • Deep involvement in pre-sales, proposal development , and contract negotiations .
  • Track record of leading large, distributed teams ( 300–500 members ).
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and cloud ecosystems.
  • Agile / Scrum, Quality Management, and Risk Mitigation experience.
  • Ability to align technical strategies with business goals.
